In my practice, I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood, and supported. I believe there are no “right” or “wrong” thoughts or feelings—only your experiences, which deserve to be heard without judgment.
I have had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families across a variety of settings. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). To best support my clients, I use evidence-based treatments tailored to individual needs and goals, guided by both clinical expertise and intuition.
I am EMDRIA-trained in EMDR therapy, a proven approach for trauma that also helps with a wide range of other challenges. EMDR allows us to address the root causes of current struggles and opens the door to meaningful healing. I also integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to provide flexible, effective strategies that fit your unique journey. Additionally, when working with individuals who have an OCD diagnosis, I utilize Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). This model is considered the gold standard treatment for OCD.
Above all, I believe the relationship between therapist and client is the foundation of successful therapy. My goal is to build trust, safety, and a strong connection so you can explore, grow, and heal.
