Insurance and  Fees

In Network - 

I am currently in network with the insurance companies listed below. 

• Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina (BCBSNC)

• Cigna 

• Optum/UBH (United Health Care)

Out of Network - 

• My fee for a 55 minute individual session is $185.  Sliding scale arrangements may be accommodated in certain circumstances.

• Payment is due at the time of service. 

• You may submit to you insurance for reimbursement at an out of network rate. Please contact your medical insurance provider to check your coverage for mental health benefits.
