I earned my BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Albany and my Master’s in Social Work from New York University. Over the years, I’ve worked in a wide range of mental health settings, which has given me the ability to understand challenges from many perspectives and to offer flexible, individualized treatment approaches.
My career began in New York, where I spent many years both working on and supervising a mobile crisis team in Far Rockaway, Queens. I also provided care in outpatient mental health clinics, and worked on the inpatient unit at the New York City Children’s Center, Queens Campus. Later, I established a private practice in Woodbury, NY, before relocating with my family to Charlotte, NC in 2018.
Since moving to Charlotte, my experiences have only continued to grow. I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. In my work, I focus on exploring each client’s unique values and beliefs. I deeply enjoy learning from these perspectives, and I strive to create a space where every individual feels accepted and free from judgment.
